How can I cancel the order?


• You can cancel the order before shipping, but please note that any order including shoes and customized bags can't be cancelled after 12 hours, you can only ask for a partial refund except shoes and customization.

• After the order has been shipped out, it can't be cancelled. Any chargeback will be reported as fraudulent to the bank.


How does the return policy work?


To open a return case, please go to the order details page, click the “REQUEST REFUND” when the order status is “Received” and fill all the information needed. We will process your refund request as soon as possible upon your request.


• We accept returns or exchanges 7 days after delivery. Please contact us in 7 days after you have received your package.

• Before returning, please take a shot and contact us, then we will send you our full return address to help you finish your return.

•  We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the return.

• Shipping cost for the return package should be paid by yourself except for quality issues or package damage.


 


Your refund request may be denied if:


• It has been more than 7 days since items were delivered to you.

• The items were returned without having received the seller's address from us.

• You are unable to provide a valid tracking number and the related information needed.

•  delivery failure due to customs detention without shipping INSURANCE . (we will refund you 50% of order amount)


How and when will I get my refund?


• Refunds are processed by the original payment method which you choose

• Typically, it will take 14 business days at most, which depends on the bank you used.
