What is Processing Time?
The order processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. Generally, it will take 2-4 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item's stock status. For large quantity orders it will take 3-12 business days(approximately) to process. The total processing time varies depending on a serious of factors:
1.The complexity, design of the specific item, especially customized products.
2.Stock status of individual items.
3.The time of the year, national holidays, etc.
4.Some unexpected causes like the COVID-19.
5.Larger orders will naturally take longer.

Shipping & Processing
1. We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door.
2. Our processing time is 2-7 business days(approximately) after your payment has been processed, a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided to you after that. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you even more money.
3. We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.
4.Standard Rate Shipping takes about 10 to 25 business days to reach destination countries in the world. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask you to be patient.
a) For USA, Canada, Mexico, it takes about 10 to 20 business days.
b) For Oceania, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 12 to 20 business days.
c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 35 business days.
d). For Middle East countries, it may take 7 to 15 business days.
e). For East Asia countries, it may take 5 to 10 business days.
Due to customs clearance times getting longer, Standard Rate Shipping time may have been affected.
5. For Standard Rate Shipping, the tracking number will usually be trackable on the respective courier website within 2-4 days after we ship out the package. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before it became trackable.
6. For Expedited Rate Shipping, we can ship by DHL, Fedex or other expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 3 - 10 business days.
For big orders, we may split your order into two or several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion.Thank you for your understanding.
When will your order be delay to process?
1. Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), QingMing(usually end of March), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and factories will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.
2. Temporary traffic restrictions due to Covid-19 caused by China zero-covid policy.
About Tax
Kindly note that all packages are shipped from China. Our prices do not include tax and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country's Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information. In addition, a tax ID number is required for a few countries who select expedited shipping during the check-out to avoid any clearance problems or delivery failures. Other countries may require additional fee for collect on delivery (COD), which is paid to your local carrier directly instead of us.
